Culinary Arts Courses


DMC Hotel Training Centre offers the following culinary courses both as unitary and in combination. The courses are offered from Certificate, Diploma to Advanced Level which are Level 1, 2 and 3 respectively.A qualification in culinary arts can help you work on the front line of the catering industry or in a supervisory or managerial role. You can learn to prepare, cook and serve all kinds of food, or specialise in patisserie, producing cakes and desserts. If you choose the highest level you'll also cover the business aspects of food preparation, budgeting, training and organising staff, planning menu policies and production procedures.

An international qualification in culinary arts is for anyone interested in working in food preparation, especially people aiming for a supervisory or managerial role.
